Return and Refund Policy

At Smith, customer satisfaction is important to us. We want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, clean, and in its original condition. The product must also be returned with its original packaging, accessories, protective case, inserts, tags, and proof of purchase.

Items that show signs of use, wear, scratches, damage, alteration, improper handling, or missing parts may not be accepted for return.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved because of an error made by Smith, we will provide return instructions and may cover the return shipping cost.

Smith is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments. Customers are encouraged to use a trackable shipping service when sending items back.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Once the issue has been reviewed, Smith will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

Smith does not accept returns for items that have been worn, used, damaged by the customer, altered, scratched, broken, or returned without original packaging and accessories.

Gift cards, final sale items, clearance items, and products marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If a customer would like a different item, the original product must first be returned and approved according to this Return and Refund Policy.

Once the return is approved, the customer may place a new order for the preferred item.

Smith cannot guarantee that the desired replacement product will remain in stock.

Refunds

After Smith receives and inspects the returned item, the customer will be notified whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing usually takes 3 to 5 business days after approval, although banks and payment providers may require additional time to make the funds available.

Shipping fees, priority shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, and return shipping costs are not refundable unless required by law or unless the return is caused by an error made by Smith.

Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund has been approved but has not appeared after the expected processing time, the customer should first check with their bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned because of an incorrect shipping address, unpaid customs fees, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect the package, Smith may deduct shipping costs, return fees, customs fees, and handling costs from any eligible refund.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs charges, taxes, duties, and any fees related to returning the product, unless the return is due to an error made by Smith.

Smith is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or international carriers.
